What to Expect Next
Purchaser Selection Forms will be issued on May 15, with a 5-day submission window. Selections will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to submit your form as soon as possible.

Our Presentation Centre is open and our team is available to walk you through the offering, clarify any final details, and support you in making your selections. Book an in-person or virtual appointment here or walk-in during our regular Presentation Centre hours.
After You Submit
Once we receive your Selection Form, our team will be in touch to discuss available homes and pricing that align with your preferences. We recommend listing multiple options, as we may present you with alternatives that best suit your needs.
Once your home is selected, you’ll receive a secure Purchaser Information Form to complete within 24 hours. Please note that we’re unable to hold homes beyond this timeframe.

3 Simple Steps To Buying At Collina
1. Collect and Submit Your Information
Be prepared to securely upload the following through your Purchaser Information Form:
- Two pieces of Canadian government-issued ID. One must be photo ID proving Canadian citizenship — a passport and driver’s license are recommended.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, and phone number, as shown on your ID.
- Your preferred colour scheme:
- Linen (Light)
- Chenille (Dark)
- Any additions (parking & storage) or furniture enhancement options (available on studio homes only), options and prices would have been discussed with your sales advisor after selection submission.
2. Sign and Review Your Documents
Your contract and all required documents will be sent electronically via DocuSign. Once signed and accepted by the developer, you’ll receive your fully executed agreement and supporting documentation by email for your records.
3. Prepare Your Bank Draft
A certified bank draft for the deposit amount listed in your contract must be made payable to:

The draft can be delivered in person or sent by courier to the Presentation Centre:

If sending by courier, you must also provide a photo of the bank draft and tracking number to your sales representative.
